  • Deep thought on January 7th, 2016 - 10:03pm

Rachel: clubs are pretty much just old podcasts that we use to talk about specific topics. There are all sorts of clubs, sometimes people post lists of all the different topics. I think for pretty much all the clubs, everyone is welcome to join. I started a sports club (where we talk about sports) so, to get there you would go to the top right side of this page, and there will be a search bar, where you type in “sport” and then you click on the first one.

  • JUNIOR MINTS on January 11th, 2016 - 11:14am

    @ Rachel
I don’t think most peoples fav character is Connie. I think it’s Wooton. Mine is Jay and Alex and Wooton.

    @ Rachel
I don’t think most people’s favorite character is Connie. People seem to have many different favorites. My favorite character is Leonard meltsner.
    @ 1of7
I’ll look at that. Sounds like a GREAT contest!!!!!

  • m on January 11th, 2016 - 1:00pm

Has anyone ever seen the movie, The Greatest Story Ever Told? It’s about the life of Jesus. I watched it last night.

  • Gianna on January 11th, 2016 - 1:10pm

My favorite characters are Mandy Stroussburg, and Liz Horton. They were in the older volumes.
P.S I may not have spelled Stroussburg right. Oopsy, daisy!

  • Gianna on January 11th, 2016 - 1:14pm

    Junior Mints:
Why would everyone NOT like Connie? She may not be my favorite character, but she’s SOO funny?

“Why am I the last person to hear about things?”

Why wouldn’t people like her? I just like Mandy and Liz a little bit better.

  • Gianna on January 11th, 2016 - 1:45pm

That puppet is spooky! Does anyone think that?

  • Jenny on January 11th, 2016 - 2:50pm

I just listened to this podcast, and it was really cool!
    Junior Mints and Rachel:
Connie has been around so long and she is such a fun character, it is hard not to like her. At the same time, Wooton and other characters, like Mitch and the Parker family are really fun. My personal favorite characters are probably either Whit or Penny.
    Hope that answers your question!

  • Lizlibrarian on January 11th, 2016 - 3:05pm

Gianna, I have a sister named Gianna. Is that your real name

  • Julianna on January 11th, 2016 - 4:36pm

Rachel, I like whit and Bernard and Wooton. Not eugine. Greetings and salutations. Lol.

  • Rachel on January 11th, 2016 - 4:57pm

    Hello everyone!
Thanks everyone for letting me know who your favorite character is! I really like Connie but I like Alex a little bit more. I just thought that a lot of people liked her because in the Get in the Show contest, all 3 of the finalist girls’ favorite character was Connie. I’m sooooo sorry if I was wrong about most people’s favorite being Connie!!

    Thank You!! God Bless 🙂

  • 1of7 on January 12th, 2016 - 10:14am

I know it’s kinda late, but my favorite characters are Jay Smouse, and Bart Rathbone!

  • Gianna on January 12th, 2016 - 1:22pm

Hello, Julianna. How old are you? You like Wooton and Penny? I like them, but I like almost everyone on Odyssey! And of course, EVERYONE likes Whit! With out him, it wouldn’t be the same.
Once, he left Odyssey for several years! It wasn’t as good, but my favs are every mystery episode.

  • Gianna on January 12th, 2016 - 1:26pm

I don’t know how to play those specific instruments, but I am learning to play ukulele and I wish I could say I was learning it from Eugene. That would be fun!

  • Gianna on January 12th, 2016 - 4:51pm

Did you know BTV was named after Bernard Walton? He thought of the program in one of the Odyssey episodes, and the they had B for Bernard! They added TV to the end. So, it’s BTV.

  • Gianna on January 12th, 2016 - 4:53pm

Julianna: I am 12. I have finished writing a book. I shared it with my family and my friend at a home school group. Are you homeschooled?

  • cowgirl13 on January 12th, 2016 - 11:51pm

  • Gianna on January 13th, 2016 - 9:43am

Novacom is already made or put out!

  • Gianna on January 13th, 2016 - 9:56am

Yep, my real name is Gianna. I was thinking of BostonJane25, but then I realized I was getting a little old for those books so I just chose my name, plain and simple. Gianna is nice enough.

  • lizlibrarian on January 13th, 2016 - 11:24am

Gianna: What do you like to write about? I love writing fiction & mysteries! How many siblings do you have? I have 7 younger.

  • lizlibrarian on January 13th, 2016 - 11:26am

Hi Everyone! I’ve been listening to the Ties that Bind and realized something. When did Wooton agree to reveal his identity. When Bernard goes to Alaska with Wooton for a family meeting, Wooton dosen’t want his grandpa to tell anyone about his comic books. It seemed like his grandpa was the only one that knew. Why the big change? Did I just miss something? Thanks!

  • lizlibrarian on January 13th, 2016 - 11:31am

COWGIRL13: What kind of rodeos do you do? My younger brother, age 4, just competed in a sheep rodeo & won! He is now AZ State champion of sheep riding 🙂 It was sooo cute to see all those tiny kids ride the sheep!

  • farmgirl16 on January 13th, 2016 - 11:52am

And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
    Romans 1:4

  • Gianna on January 13th, 2016 - 12:03pm

Hey, it’s Gianna. Wooton revealed he was the comic book creator in volume 50. I think someone found out about it, then everyone found out. The Best Small Town competition was going on, and Odyssey was winning. Then, because everyone found out Wooton’s identity, it made Odyssey look better for the competition, because the power boy creator was in Odyssey. Because of that, the judge of the competition said it was unfair to other side. Odyssey gave up the competition and the other side one.

  • Gianna on January 13th, 2016 - 12:10pm

Lizlibrarian: I like mysteries too. Or should I say LOVE them! I crave for them. I like writing, too, but not as much as reading. I have 4 younger siblings. I am the oldest. I have 3 sisters and 1 brother. I like writing historical fiction, and when I am done, I reveal it to my family. I wrote books when I was 7 or 8, and now I can’t read them! My mom doesn’t like the episodes about curses and magic either. What mystery books do you like?

  • Gianna on January 13th, 2016 - 12:14pm

I learned how BTV got named in I Want My BTV! (Album 23).

Bladeddancer, I totally agree. I was going to ask them in a letter, and I still am. I don’t get it. I was hoping they would do that when The Ties That Bind came out. Then, when Taking the Plunge came out, I was hoping the same thing! 🙁

  • Gianna on January 13th, 2016 - 2:44pm

Does anyone know why Taking the Plunge and Head over Heels is only 6 episodes??

  • Anonymous on January 13th, 2016 - 2:53pm

🙂 🙂 🙂 Hey, if they put Novacom on, I have to warn you, it’s one of the best ever mystery collections. So is the Blackgaard Chronicles. 🙂 🙂 🙂

StarWarsFan8: I am Catholic and homeschooled too! I live in Ohio.

  • Julianna on January 13th, 2016 - 3:49pm

Gianna, I am not home schooled. the reason why they put out Album 59 and 60 with 6 episodes is because they want to release more albums in the years. I don’t like Novacom Saga episodes. I like the comedy shows. I don’t really like imagine station adventures. I do love BTV and I wish they made more episodes!

  • gianna on January 13th, 2016 - 3:55pm

    Oops, posted a comment 2 times! 🙂

  • Jenny on January 13th, 2016 - 5:46pm

    Cowgirl13 Gianna and Anonymous:
I totally agree! They should replay Novacom while they are waiting to air Album 60. I have only heard small bits of Novacom so I really want to hear it all!
My sisters and I are currently listening to The Blackgaard Chronicles – they are awesome!
Even though you were asking Gianna, I love to write historical fiction and my own Odyssey episodes. My favorite characters to write for are Emily and Matthew because they are so fun and unique.

  • gianna on January 14th, 2016 - 10:29am

Hello! How is everyone today? 🙂

  • lizlibrarian on January 14th, 2016 - 11:45am

Jenny: I love historical Fiction! Whats your favorite time period to write about? I love World War II

  • lizlibrarian on January 14th, 2016 - 11:56am

Cowgirl13: That’s so cool! How long have you been doing rodeo for? Does it run in your family?

  • lizlibrarian on January 14th, 2016 - 11:57am

Jenny: I also really love Emily & Matthew. I wonder if someday they might get married?! I really want to see what Emily would be like when she’s in college:)

  • cowgirl13 on January 14th, 2016 - 12:04pm

@ lizlibrarian I live in canada:)

  • Jenny on January 14th, 2016 - 12:31pm

My favorite time period to write for is the American Civil War, but I enjoy all types of American history.
I think Emily would be really fun in college (I wonder what she would choose as a career?), but I don’t think Matthew would be right for her. She would need a guy who is a bit more gentle and patient than Matthew. Not that Matthew isn’t gentle and patient 🙂
That is neat that you do rodeo! I have always wanted to do horseback riding, but I have never been able to

well, my dad does a lot of rodeos, and he competes in four different things. I only competed in 1 rodeo last year, but I am hoping to do a lot more this year!
I also do ghymkana every week………….in the summer.

  • gianna on January 14th, 2016 - 2:09pm

It’s strange, but I don’t like reading history for school, but I like reading historical fiction! I learn more from historical fiction than from history!!

  • gianna on January 14th, 2016 - 2:21pm

I have a friend who loves reading historical fiction. Sometimes she comes to our house and we spends hours reading together!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

  • gianna on January 14th, 2016 - 2:30pm

I like writing historical fiction and I am planning a mystery book inspired by Novacom and the Blackgaard episodes. 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

  • lizlibrarian on January 14th, 2016 - 2:55pm

Gianna, That’s me! I’ll read any book my mom hands to me. For each grade my Mom has made this amazing reading list. Each grade has over 100 books, assignments & vocab. It’s full of classics, & great Catholic books. We own over 1000 books. We have a special room for school that has turned into our ‘library’ 🙂

I totally agree with learning more from books than school textbooks 🙂
Lizlibrarian, that is neat that you were inspired by Novacom and Blackgaard!

  • Julianna on January 14th, 2016 - 4:41pm

Giana, I love books too. I read them in Braille or digital download.
All, There’s another Julianna. I don’t buy on iTunes.

  • Bladedancer on January 14th, 2016 - 5:08pm

wow a whole bunch of u guys are homeschooled. me too. anybody live in fl?

  • gianna on January 14th, 2016 - 5:53pm

We have more books than average. I have a bookshelf filled with books for my age. My family is a huge historical fiction fan. My mom, sister, me, even my dad love historical fiction. My two other siblings are too young to read. I dive into books almost as soon as I get them. Once, I spent my entire Sunday afternoon reading! So you see, I am one of the biggest reading fans! 🙂

  • gianna on January 14th, 2016 - 6:38pm

Lizilibrarian: Reading is one the very best things to do! (at least in my case :)). My cousin hates reading. I don’t understand that. I started with those tiny American Girl books, than moved on. I usually stay with the series I pick, but good thing my mom knows when there’s a good book around! We have about 5 bookshelves of books. Some smaller than others. My sister and I sorta are book collectors. We go to library clearout sales and get books for like 25 cents each!

  • cowgirl13 on January 14th, 2016 - 11:23pm

@ lizlibrarian cool, I like reading world war two books also! We also have around 1000 books! Our whole house is like a library!

  • gianna on January 15th, 2016 - 7:02am

I like comedy episodes too! One of them is Do it or Diet. Whit, Wooton and Bernard are going on a diet to help Connie get a job! It’s really funny! I recommend it to you if you haven’t listened to it. 🙂

  • gianna on January 15th, 2016 - 12:14pm

We have a library all around our house, too! We have about 6 bookshelves, and this moment my mom is setting up one right now! (it’s no lie). It’s funny how many of us love reading! I thought most kids didn’t read as much and watched TV half the day. I really thought most kids didn’t read that much. I think people should do more reading. 🙂

  • gianna on January 15th, 2016 - 12:24pm

Cowgirl13, we have books in almost every room in the house. It would be fun to have a ‘library’ like Lizilibrarian has. We don’t have as many books as a real library, but it would be fun to turn a rom into a library. Sadly, we don’t have enough rooms.

  • m on January 15th, 2016 - 12:37pm

    @ gianna
I think we have a lot in common! I LOVE historical fiction and will read any book my mom gives me. Do u like the dear America books? • starwarsfan8 on January 15th, 2016 - 3:18pm

Lizlibrarian: I live in Michigan. I saw that you guys where talking about historical fiction, I love it! I have to read a lot for school. Some of my favorites are Calico Captive, The Witch of Blackbird Pond and the Dear America series.

Hello everyone! Sorry I haven’t been posting in a while. I was very busy this week 🙂 Anyways, how is everyone doing? I was wondering, do you think the people and kids in Odyssey are ever going to get older? And if they do, what do you think they’re going to be like? I don’t think they’re ever going to get older because it would be boring for kids like Jay, Matthew, and Emily to grow up. Also, it’s more work for the producers because they need to think of more characters! 🙂

Also I know AIO is aimed at younger kids. But I am almost 16 and i abosulety LOVE Adventures in Odyssey!!! I was wondering if it was possible for you to introduce some new kids to Odyssey who are maybe a bit older?

Thank you for creating episodes that help so many! I love them and look forward to listening to more in the future!

I have been reading away this afternoon! I have been reading historical fiction. I have been reading a book (historical fiction of course) about a girl who traveled on the Titinac. It is quite interesting!!

  • Gianna on January 18th, 2016 - 2:25pm

  • Lizlibrarian on January 19th, 2016 - 8:59am

Zachary: do you want to be posting friends? I’m 15, I live in AZ and I’m a girl.

  • Lizlibrarian on January 19th, 2016 - 9:01am

Gianna! That question is way to hard! One of the dozens of my favorite episodes are the ones where Connie accidentally gets engaged to Wooten and Mitch gets married. I forget what its called. My siblings were all like who, wouldn’t want to marry Wooton!

  • Jenny on January 19th, 2016 - 9:23am

My favorite AIO episode is Gifts for Madge and Guy (It’s in Album 1). My family had it on cassette tape when I was about 7 years old, and I listened to it a lot, but then we lost it. Just a few weeks ago, I was able to listen to parts of it for the first time in nearly 8 years, and I could remember a lot of it. The funny thing was that I suddenly understood all of the humor that I never got when I was little. 🙂

  • Gianna on January 19th, 2016 - 9:49am

I watched the game yesterday, DEEP THOUGHT. My dad was glued to it. Frankly, I wished the Steelers won. My mom is from Pittsburg and I enjoy going there during the summer.
    ZACHARY, I love that line! It’s hilarious! 🙂 🙂
Vander I remember you! I went back in Odyssey podcast history and saw you!
Sierra, my favorites are Many, Liz, Connie, Bart Rathbone, and Mr. Whittaker.
    Bye for now!!

  • Gianna on January 19th, 2016 - 10:27am

@ Lizilibrarian: What kind of books do you read? I would love to know! You may be older than me, but my mom says I’m over my reading level, and sometimes it’s hard to find good teen books. Lot’s of the stuff is trash. 🙁

  • JUNIOR MINTS on January 19th, 2016 - 11:20am

    @ GIANNA, and JENNY:
I love Connie. I was just saying to RACHEL that I didn’t think she was EVERYONE’S favorite character. I didn’t mean to imply I didn’t like Connie. I love Connie.

  • Jenny on January 19th, 2016 - 11:35am

I have not read the Left Behind series, but I have read all of the Red Rock Series by the same authors. They are really good and the series finale is really good. I would recommend them for Middle Schoolers who like action mysteries. The author is a Christian author, by the way, and all of the Red Rock books have Christian themes.

  • Gianna on January 19th, 2016 - 11:48am

I LOVE that one too! Me and my sister, Genevieve were listening to that one yesterday. Gen loved when Wooton talked about a wedding cake shaped like a pig! She was laughing so hard that she fell off her bed.

Let me quote a few characters:
“Whoever can throw Sam Jonson the farest get free ice cream.” -Note from Rodney Rathbone on: The W. E.
It’s the same episode Zachary got the quote from Nick Mulligan.
    Bye for now!

  • Lizlibrarian on January 19th, 2016 - 12:18pm

Gianna: this is not a teen book but I love it anyways. I’m reading Rilla of Ingleside right now, Anne of Green Gables Series book 7. I can’t stop crying, its so good!!
I read a lot of classics, one of my favorites is David Copperfield by Charles Dikens.

Which ones do you like? I like The Winter of Red Snow, The Great Railroad Race, and So Far From Home. Do you want to be posting buddies??

To the editors of Adventures in Odyssey and whom it may concern:

In “The Ties That Bind Part 8” about 22 min. and 28 sec., Eugene says, “I snuck in the back.”
Snuck is not the past tense of sneak: sneaked is the past tense of sneak. I wanted to inform you of this so that you can fix the problem and because Eugene generally uses proper English. Snuck is substandard English.

Sierra, my MOM still reads Janet Oke. Is it an adult book? It doesn’t matter. I think my mom owns it and would let me read it.

  • gianna on January 19th, 2016 - 1:35pm

The reason I asked your favorite books and some teen books is because I am growing out of some of my books and I was curious what good teen books there are and what your favorites are! Thanks for the ideas!

  • GIANNA on January 19th, 2016 - 1:56pm

Hi, Lizilibrarian! Did you watch the Anne of Green Gables movies? They have real people playing the movies. I liked the Anne of Avonlea better. (or Anne of Green Gables the Sequel. They called the second a different name besides Anne of Avonlea). I am not a big fan of the 3 one, boy, the actors look like they are in their forties! It was so different. I don’t recommend that one. Maybe your local library has the Anne of Green Gables movies. They are some of my favorite movies.

@ Julianna: What book club?!? How do you get to it? What?
@ Niny Mouse: You are very observant! You are right; snuck is not a word. Neither is hung. Even some the best authors make that mistake.
Has anyone read The Merchant’s Daughter by Melanie Dickerson? It’s a Christian book for teens. It was very good.
@ M: Have you read The Royal Diaries? It’s by the same authors who wrote Dear America. They are so good! They are about real important woman when they were girls. Isabel is one of my favs.

  • M on January 19th, 2016 - 6:10pm

I’ve read 1 and 2 for Anne of green gables. I like it better when she was younger, too. Her personality was better.

Hey, does anyone know where to check for the winners of “I Heart Odyssey Contest”? I have to wait until Feb., to see the winners, but do you know where they will announce the winners? A friend of mine entered, and she told me to check this site to see who the winners are. Don’t they e-mail you if you won? Maybe my friend has to check her mom’s e-mail account.

  • Gianna on January 20th, 2016 - 7:46am

  • Gianna on January 20th, 2016 - 8:27am

Lizilibrarian: I love Rilla of Ingleside, it was awesome. I wish the author had written more Anne books. She wrote them in the 1920s I think and sadly, she died.

  • GIANNA on January 20th, 2016 - 8:42am

So, Julianna, you go to the blog search engine and type in “endorse” and click on the on the first suggestion? It’s about Passages book series, is that where the book club is? Thanks! 🙂

  • Jenny on January 21st, 2016 - 7:47am

TO find the clubs, search in the Podcast search bar on this page.
I have also heard good things about The Dragons in our Midst series!
All right – I’ll try the quote thing again:
“Why would anyone put a ‘s’ in the word ‘lisp’? Or why isn’t there another word for ‘synonym’? Or why is the period table constant?”
I know that isn’t quite the order in which Wooton says it, but his “conundrum club” is so funny 🙂

  • Elbert on January 21st, 2016 - 9:34am

    I’m 14.

    Everyone !!
Type in. List . In the search bar for a list of the clubs 🙂 !!!

  • Blog Moderator on January 21st, 2016 - 12:46pm

    Hi Everyone,
We thought we’d take a moment to remind you that this site is not the place for clubs that are not related to Odyssey. We outlined this in our “Some Comments on Comments” blog post, which you can see here: https://www.whitsendblog.org/2013/05/some-comments-on-comments/

We ask that you please not create more clubs, unless they are Odyssey-specific, and discontinue the current clubs. Thanks for understanding!

  • Gianna on January 21st, 2016 - 2:49pm

Ok, Odyssey. I understand your point, so I won’t post so many comments other than Odyssey.
    Hmm… I want to quote someone in Odyssey… I can’t think of a juicy one. Maybe later….

  • Julianna on March 22nd, 2016 - 10:40am

So, you do this : ) and that makes a smily face?

  • Gisela on March 22nd, 2016 - 3:11pm

  • Gisela on May 13th, 2016 - 10:53am

I am talking with Ghost here, and Arwen came here to look and the “old days” of the podcast commenting. Leia found us too. 😉

  • ghost on May 13th, 2016 - 4:43pm

  • Gisela on May 18th, 2016 - 8:57am

Oh, yum! I’m exciting finishing school for the year!! Are you homeschooled or do you go to school? I’m homeschooled.

  • Ghost on May 19th, 2016 - 1:52pm

i have been homeschooled all my life except 2nd and 6th grade. its boring at time but ive lived so yea. how do u like it (home school)

  • Gisela on May 19th, 2016 - 4:36pm

I like it pretty well! I’ve been homeschooled all my life, so yah. How old are you? 🙂

  • ghost on May 20th, 2016 - 4:02pm

14 and ill be 15 in a month exactly. give or take a few days.

how old r u? if u mind my asking.

  • Gisela on May 24th, 2016 - 8:24am

    I don’t mind! I’m 12 going on 13 in October. Sort of a long wait!! 🙂

  • Ghost on May 24th, 2016 - 9:55am

yea but that time will go fast. its already may and it feels like we just started the year. btw when do u finish school

  • Gisela on May 25th, 2016 - 9:27am

There’s about one week left! And, yes, time goes fast! It’s hard to believe it’s almost summer! Do you have any plans for summer? I don’t really have any; just hanging out. There’s this hangout on our street where a lot of kids come every evening! I’ll probably be there.

  • ghost on May 25th, 2016 - 1:26pm

cool like ur own whits end or something. nice.
i have plans for the summer, but there is a difference between wanting to do something and actually doing it.
plans include scuba diving (im certified, btw), kayaking camping, and island survival. we get dropped off in the middle of the ocean – floridas keys – and survive there the whole weekend

  • Gisela on May 26th, 2016 - 7:32am

Yes, well, sort of. 🙂 Scuba diving! Cool! During the school year, there is a homeschool group called Outdoor Adventure Club and we’re trying to get in. Hopefully we do! It including kayaking, biking, and things like that. It kind of sounds like something you would do!
The podcast comments are sort of like a Whit’s End. 🙂

  • Gisela on May 26th, 2016 - 1:58pm

    Yes, I guess. 🙂
We’ll be out of town for our Aunt’s wedding in PA!
Ooh, scuba diving! That sounds great. I think the Island Survival sounds fun! I’m not sure I could survive. 😛 JK. 😀
    Have fun!

  • Ghost on June 2nd, 2016 - 3:38pm

sorry for the delay. my archery competition was the weekend so i wasnt able to to get on until now. that outdoor adventure club sound cool. a whole bunch of home school people get together and do outdoor activities sounds fun.
and about the island survival trip, my group was basically the one the did the surviving. there was a group the that took panckaes, grill, mashed potatoes and chicken. haha i laughed when i saw that.

  • Gisela on June 6th, 2016 - 9:12am

It’s fine! I’m glad I made you laugh. Did you win the competition?

  • Ghost on June 7th, 2016 - 10:12am

we got second place. we would have gotten first if my teammate hadn’t missed the target completely. i guess he was just nervous. but yea second place isn’t that bad.

did you have fun over at your aunts wedding? you enjoy it?

  • Gisela on June 9th, 2016 - 8:28am

That’s too bad. Second Place is still good! Actually, the wedding isn’t until September. So, yah. 🙂
We went to the zoo a few days ago. It was fun! Have you finished school for the year?

  • Ghost on June 9th, 2016 - 11:27am

Yea second place is good. Sorry about the wedding thing. Its just that you said on a previous comment that you would be going. And you took a while too write back so I thought you had already gone. ?

Yea I finished school. So glad. Finished back around may 20.
    when did you finish?

  • Gisela on June 10th, 2016 - 8:53am

It’s fine! I finished June 1st (excluding the final test). I’m sorry it took so long for me to reply to that comment! I was busy! Now that school is done, I can comment more. 🙂
I was just listening to Odyssey today. The episode was about Eugene’s dad. 🙂

  • Ghost on June 11th, 2016 - 9:07am

Great! Your homeschooled right, so when do you take finals?
Hope you do ( or did ) well on it. I’m listening to the Suspicious Minds and Your Two Kind. Those are fun episodes.
Which episodes do you like the best?

  • Gisela on June 13th, 2016 - 10:32am

That’s hard! If I HAD to choose (like I have to now! 🙂 ) I guess I’d choose, oh, um, the Novacom set? Wait, that’s 30 episodes. 😆
I’d have to say, (thinking…) I guess I love The Top Floor Parts 1, 2, and 3. It was amazing! Have you heard the Leonard Meltsner episodes? I thought those were some of the best! It was amazing Eugene’s dad was still alive!
Suspicious Minds was one of my very first episodes! I love that one.
When you say finals, what do you mean?
    Have fun!

  • Ghost on June 13th, 2016 - 2:02pm

Yea, my favorite episodes where also the Novacom Saga and the Aloha, Oy series. Yea I heard the Leonard Meltsner episodes. I also enjoyed those very much.
By finals, I mean like the exams. final exams, that sort of thing.

  • Ghost on June 15th, 2016 - 12:08pm

    Nice joke
I knew several but I forgot them.
I might post them later on when I remember them.
    Yea that solution makes sense.
Then again this is fake so they do it for entertainment…
    Thank you 🙂

  • Gisela on June 20th, 2016 - 5:05pm

I’m the “joker stir of the family”. 🙂 And you’re welcome! Have you listened to AIO’s newest album? I have a question for you: Do you like the old albums (albums 1 – 30) or the “middle albums” (albums 31 – 50) or the new albums (albums 51 +)? I like the “middle albums”. Those ones include Novacom and the Leonard Meltsner episodes! I grew up with the old albums off tapes my mom used to listen to. I like them all though!

  • Ghost on June 21st, 2016 - 5:01pm

I listened to album 60 already if thats the one you meant.
personally, i liked the old albums theme song, the middle albums for those episodes you mentioned, and the newer albums just becuase i just do.
in other words, i like all of them. hows life been

  • Gisela on June 22nd, 2016 - 10:16am

It has been good! I have been busy though. We are doing a garage sale this Saturday and I’m working on it! Putting the price tags on & everything. I feel like David Parker in “Clutter”! There’s too much clutter around!
I love the old ones as well. I was listening to “Tom for Mayor” today while putting the price tags on the “clutter”. 🙂

  • Ghost on June 28th, 2016 - 2:59pm

Sorry I was away for a bit. My family and I headed to the beach with some friends this weekend. It was awesome.
Yea that clutter part sounds like something my mom would say.

  • Gisela on June 29th, 2016 - 11:55am

It’s fine! That must have been fun! 🙂 My mom too! She just didn’t realize how much ‘clutter’ we had until she was cleaning out the basement. 😉

  • Ghost on July 4th, 2016 - 9:54am

    yup thats us too.
What plans you have for the rest of the summer?

  • Gisela on July 7th, 2016 - 2:02pm

We are going to my aunt’s shower next weekend (out of town) and I plan to have a couple water fights with the neighborhood boys! 😉 Of course, my aunt’s wedding. Not much, really! Do you have anything planned? 🙂

  • Ghost on July 8th, 2016 - 10:39am

cool. Sounds like you’ll have fun at the wedding. We had family this week, adn in a couple of weeks I’m going camping. Then school starts. boohoo….
Have you had these water fights with the neighbors before?
    sound like you have.

  • Gisela on July 13th, 2016 - 5:00pm

Do you mean have I had them before? Yes, then. They actually live next door. Once they shot water over our privacy fence while we were out. 🙂
Too about school starting! I can’t believe it’s already July! We are going to start in the middle of August because we will get behind while we are at the wedding. 😥 I’m enjoying summer as much as I can!

  • Ghost on July 15th, 2016 - 2:55pm

Yea I cant believe summer is almost over. I start school late August at a boarding school. *blah*
I dont want to go but well…
I cant wait because its only a week till the island camp!!!
I’m not able to do anything else because both my parents work, and i have to “babysit” my younger siblings and we cant do anything so yea

  • Gisela on July 20th, 2016 - 3:20pm

I’m sorry I haven’t posted in a while! I’m glad for you! I’ve been busy! Ugh, my school starts soon too. In the MIDDLE of August! (That’s because I’ll get behind when I’m out of town).
    I’d better go! See you!

  • GHost on July 26th, 2016 - 2:35pm

Yea its going to get really busy this month.
My school starts the 22nd so i have to pack and do all that stuff by then.
I’ll be busy at school but I’ll be getting my own computer there so I’ll try to keep up here at Odyssey

  • Gisela on July 27th, 2016 - 3:12pm

I’m happy you will be able to post. I was listening to Case of the Secret Room today. It’s kind of creepy.
What (in your opinion) is the spookiest Odyssey episode you’ve listened to? I’d have to say Case of the Secret Room.

  • GHost on August 1st, 2016 - 2:39pm

In my opinion the case of the secret room is probably the spookiest episode I remember. The first few times anyway. After a while you get used to it. And there are still some episodes out there which i cant remember so there may be another spookier episode.

  • Gisela on August 3rd, 2016 - 11:43am

I agree. Have you been doing anything fun? Not much here! All we seem to talk about is the upcoming school, school, school. 🙂
I can’t believe it’s August already! Every single summer goes too fast.

  • Ghost on August 12th, 2016 - 2:07pm

Yea i have been bored and counting down the days till i leave for school.(6; start in 9)
summer does fly, I have to agree on that.
When (if u haven’t already) do you start school

  • Gisela on August 13th, 2016 - 10:35am

    In about a week! 😛
I’ve been a little bored, but not too much. My mom says once school starts there won’t be time to be bored.

  • Ghost on August 18th, 2016 - 5:34pm

I leave tonight for school. i start on monday. so far i have mixed emotions about going. that may or may not change…
    I’ll keep in touch

  • Gisela on August 20th, 2016 - 12:01pm

I sincerely hope everything goes well. I start Monday as well.
    Good luck!

  • GHost on November 23rd, 2016 - 7:42pm

  • Gisela on January 13th, 2017 - 9:14am

I am sorry it has been too long! School is going as well as can be. It’s ok about not posting! I haven’t checked this page in a while and I’m really sorry about that.
Have fun! Please post when possible. Not to be pushy. 🙂

  • Gisela on March 21st, 2017 - 11:31am
